We already built up our own sales organization with 200 sales representatives as university students and led them successfully. Within seven years we managed a continuously and huge increase of our sales volume. Therefore we know from own experience how much success can be delivered to the team by motivation, optimal education and support using coaching. We did not only learn the meaning of these factors very quickly by practice, we still teach them in our seminars with enthusiasm. For more than 15 years we have concentrated on companies with technical and complex products and systems, as well as nearby industrial lines of business.
Especially mechanical engineering, all capital goods sectors and the energy sector are our customers. We work with large corporations, medium-sized companies and small firms in long-term education programs or individual seminars.
